First off I am increadably sore today. I'm not sure exactly what is causing both the muscles on the backs and fronts of my thighs to complain so much, but if it's leading towards thinner thighs, I'll take the pain.

Last night I cooked up a meal that didn't take too much prep, and got rave reviews. Orange balsamic Salmon, bacon wrapped scallops and steamed asparagus. Other than the bacon wrapped scallops, it was a really healthy meal too. I'm definately going to make the meal again (sans bacon...maybe scallops in a salad?)

Anyone got any good scallop recipies?

I don't have a good recipe, but I was watching Top Chef or whatever on Bravo! yesterday and they made scallops. Somehow they broiled them w/ sugar(?) and the tops caramelized. It looked pretty and the judges liked it (except the guy OVER broiled it).

Anyway. I love scallops. I'm sure the meal was healthy enough that the bacon didn't affect it! :)

Oh my gosh that sounds tasty. I usually just throw scallops in a pan with some olive oil spray and cook them like that and just add them to pasta or my quinoa dish or something.

Maybe some stretching to help the soreness?
